A standard for respectful collecting, honest listings, useful feedback, and safe participation.
The Game Room should make collecting more informed, welcoming, and rewarding. Participation depends on conduct—not collection size or market value.
Represent items honestly
Use accurate titles, condition notes, edition details, prices, and actual seller photos. Do not conceal damage, reproduction status, or material listing facts.
Protect privacy
Do not publish addresses, private messages, payment details, authentication data, or another person’s private collection without permission.
Contribute signal, not noise
Feedback, data corrections, reviews, and reports should be specific and made in good faith. Spam, manipulation, fake engagement, and referral abuse are not permitted.
Enforcement
GameVaultIQ may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or preserve evidence when needed for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, or policy enforcement.
